Banned Book Week: 9/24 – 10/1

Come down to the library and pick a  banned book to read from our Banned Book display located on the main level of the library.

Banned Books Week is an annual event celebrating the freedom to read, intellectual freedom  and the importance of the First Amendment.  Held during the last week of September, Banned Books Week highlights the benefits of free and open access to information and the harmful effects of censorship.
