Oscars DisplayThis year’s Oscar nominations caused quite a buzz and sparked the resurgence of the hashtag #OscarsSoWhite. For the second year in a row, only White actors and actresses were nominated for the top four categories. This is not the first time the Academy has been criticized for appearing prejudiced and the track record of winners provides strong evidence to their opponents.
