
The DiMenna-Nyselius Library empowers the members of our community in the development of their whole person, including their intellectual, psychological, spiritual, and professional exploration; their growth as critical thinkers; their endeavors as knowledge creators; and their quest for lifelong fulfillment. The DiMenna-Nyselius Library offers staff and faculty:

• DigitalCommons@Fairfield, an institutional repository service of the Library, offers open access to the collected scholarship and creative works of faculty, staff, and students. DigitalCommons@Fairfield increases the visibility of the University's scholarship, maximizes research impact, and provides worldwide access
• Online research guides, citation guides, and tutorials
• Citation management software and assistance setting up Zotero accounts
• One million books/ebooks and over 200 databases of academic articles and streaming media
• Digital subscriptions to the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, & the Chronicle of Higher Education
• University Archives and Special Collections including the Fairfield University History Online database
• Course Reserves and Student Donated Textbook Collection for students to access course materials in the Library
• Interlibrary Loan, a free service to request articles/books from other libraries
• Delivery of library physical items to faculty/staff offices. Home delivery for 100% remote faculty & graduate students
• Scan & Deliver service to request scanned journal articles and book chapters from the library’s own collections
• Tech equipment such as computers, laptops, chargers, printers, scanners
• Reserveable Lactation Room for caregivers
• Special programs such as the Faculty & Staff Scholarship Celebration, Reading Challenges, and workshops
