
In honor of Fairfield's Russian, Eastern European and Central Asian Studies Program's twentieth anniversary, Stephen Cohen, a distinguished Russian Studies scholar will give a lecture titled "The Ukrainian Crisis: Why a New Cold War?" on Thursday, February 5 at 7 PM in the Kelley Presentation Room. The event is free and open to the public.
Cohen is Professor of Russian Studies and History Emeritus at NYU and Professor of Politics Emeritus at Princeton University. He is one of the most distinguished scholars of Russian history in the United States. He writes about Russia's transformation from 1917 up until present day.
