Self-care and stress-relief techniques are essential to practice at any stage of your studies or career. Enjoy healthy snacks, massage, aromatherapy, relaxing music, and a spa-like environment, while you learn about how to best help yourself during stressful points in the semester. The Psychology Club, Counseling & Psychological Services, and the Library have partnered to bring you this event, with the goal of educating students about practices for a healthy mind.

  • Massage Therapists –Take a study break and get a 10 minute massage. This fills up fast so don’t miss out.
  • Relaxation Techniques – Learn some quick and easy ways to relax your body, and focus your mind.
  • Aromatherapy – Essential oils can aid in concentration, energy level, and mood regulation. See what scents meet your needs.
  • Brain Boosting Study Tips - It's never too late to integrate new techniques into your test prep routine. We’ve got some tips to help you succeed with midterms.
