Enjoy healthy snacks, massage, aromatherapy, relaxing music, and a spa-like environment, while you learn about how to best help yourself during stressful points in the semester. The Psychology Club, Counseling & Psychological Services, and the Library have partnered to bring you this event, with the goal of educating students about practices for a healthy mind.
